Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our enterprise technology sales organization focused on the life sciences industry, particularly the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals within the life sciences market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our enterprise technology solutions and how they can address the specific needs and challenges of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prospect and identify potential clients within the life sciences sector globally, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and related businesses.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with key decision-makers, introduce our products and services, and initiate the sales process.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities by assessing the client's needs, budget, and timeline, and aligning our solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute sales campaigns, providing valuable market insights and customer feedback.
  • Support scheduling and organization for compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven inside sales experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (if applicable).
